Layers of Love Fudge

Valentines Day is just around the corner, and I've been thinking about some treat ideas. So here is an easy, cute treat, using my previously posted super-duper easy fudge recipe!

This is a love-ly v-day fudge recipe, filled with colorful, delicious layers and topped with shaved chocolate. The ingredients are simple and easily accessible. Enjoy!

Using the idea of equal parts, you will need two parts chocolate icing along with two parts chocolate chips. For the other two layers, you will need two parts vanilla icing and two parts white chocolate (or vanilla) chips along with some food dye.  Following the specifics from my previous recipe, one part chocolate icing and one part chocolate chip should be melted in the microwave and mixed together to create a smooth battery substance. Then the substance should be poured out into a lined pan. Repeat this step with the vanilla, alternating flavors and adding food dye to the vanilla to create colors. I used a red-pink color, and a lilac color. Once I completed four layers, I grated a bar of Hershey's chocolate and sprinkled it on the top.

Let harden for at least a few hours before cutting and serving. This recipe can of course easily be personalized and changed to fit your wants. Have fun with it!
