Pumpkin Spice Raw Granola (vegan + oil-free)
We're back! Here's a super short, but super festive, fun and healthy recipe. Pumpkin spice rawnola. It's like pumpkin spice cookie dough!
This recipe is vegan, oil-free, raw and healthy, with only 5 ingredients. And it all comes together in a matter of minutes. Just as easy as plain rawnola - which you can find here!

For real though, rawnola is bomb! Its like eating cookie dough but it's totally good for you! In my opinion, granola and rawnola are equally healthy, but rawnola is more fun, and it's an alternative to granola for those who eat a raw diet. I have other raw recipes here!
There is a little bit of pumpkin puree in this recipe, but the pumpkin pie spice is what gives it major fall vibes. I used this super cute jar from Pepper Creek Farms. This recipe makes me excited for the holiday season! I'll also be posting more pumpkin themed recipes on here and my Instagram, so be sure to follow me ;) 🎃
Pumpkin Spice Raw Granola
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- About 12 dried, pitted dates
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin puree
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Add the oats and 4 of the dates into a food processor. Blend until the dates are chopped throughout. Continue to add the rest of the dates 4 at a time, blending each time.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the syrup and puree. (The texture of this combo reminded me of pumpkin butter!) Pour this mixture into the food processor and blend until the rawnola comes together.
- Lastly, blend in the pumpkin pie spice. In the end,the granola should be soft, and a bit crumbly (pictures above). Depending on your dates, you may need to add a few more or add more oats if it's too soft. It's all based on your judgement and preference!
- Store the rawnola in an airtight container in the fridge, and dig in! :))
